I am a private caterer with a dietician background.
I have been living in Edinburgh since 2007 and making my own Sushi and other Japanese dishes most of my life.
Sushi is one of the traditional foods we Japanese are proud of. The present Sushi style was established around 1830.
寿Su is auspicious, 司Shi administer. As this word shows, it was eaten at festive, happy occasions.
My friends encouraged me to start a Sushi catering business in Edinburgh and I specialise Sushi and other catering for small events and parties.
