Sushi

Sushi is one of the traditional foods we Japanese are proud of. The present Sushi style was established around 1830.
寿Su is auspicious, 司Shi administer.  As this word shows, it was eaten at festive, happy occasions.

Hand -formed sushi. Pressed sushi rice with a topping draped over it.

California roll is one of the most popular one. Thick roll with rice on the out side. Made with two or three fillings.

Hutomaki-Thick rolls
Large cylindrical piece, with nori, black sea weed on the outside. Made with two or three fillings

Hosomaki-Thin rolls
Small cylindrical piece, with nori, black sea weed on the outside. Often made with one filling.

My sushi is generally mixture of raw fish, cooked fish and vegetables, traditional and contemporary.

Raw fish

Everyone associates sushi with raw fish. Tuna and Salmon are the most popular choices and I have a range of raw seafood for sushi.
If you don’ t want to eat seafood raw, I can make platters containing only cooked ingredients.
